
In consideration of the acceptance of my child(ren) by Castle Creek Christian Academy for the 2002-2003 school year, I, the undersigned, understand and agree that it is my obligation to pay the full year's tuition of $3,245.00 (first child), $3,135.00 (second child, if applicable), and $3.025.00 (third and additional children, if applicable), $200.00 in required non-refundable enrollment fees, and the full year's curriculum fee of $360.00, per child. (The full year's tuition listed above is at the full rate. If payment is received on the first of each month, the rate will be discounted $25.00 per month, per child.) I accept full responsibility for the timely payments, according to the Tuition Payment Policy and information regarding finances in the Student-Parent Handbook, Pages 5 and 6.

The Academy has the right to refuse admittance to class, withhold report cards, transcripts, and/or progress reports, refuse graduation, and/or refuse transfer of credits for any student when any portion of the financial account is delinquent. A dishonored check from your bank for payments made to the Academy for tuition, curriculum, uniforms, fund-raisers, lunch, field trips, extended care, or any other school related activity will incur a $28.50 service fee per check.
In signing the enrollment contract, I accept the regulations as stated in the Tuition Payment Policy.
