Statements of Faith

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
• We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
• We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
• We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: them that are saved unto the resurrection, and of them that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
• We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

THIS STATEMENT OF FAITH HAS BEEN RATIFIED BY MORE THAN 80 DENOMINATIONS IN THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EVANGELICAL CHURCHES.

2002-2003
Enrollment Information

Children must meet the following requirements and must be potty trained.

A child entering K-3 must be three years of age by September 1.

A child entering K-4 must be four years of age by September 1.

A non-reading child entering K-5 must be five years of age by September 1.

Preschool with Ace and Christi is designed for 3 and 4 year old children, and 5 year old children who are not yet ready to read. All children will be placed based on their age as of September 1, 2002.

Fees for the 2002-2003 school year are as follows:

• Enrollment Fee : $ 65.00
• Testing Fee: $ $ 85.00 (Consists of three tests conducted at Pre-Enrollment, mid-year, and end of the school year.)

The Enrollment Fee and the Testing Fee are required for each student submitting an application for admission into Castle Creek Christian Academy. These fees are non-refundable.

An up-to-date Immunization Health Certification must be submitted before the Application can be processed. The certificate must have your pediatrician's signature and an expiration date. The certificates are available at your pediatrician's office or the Health Department.

All students are required to carry insurance through Castle Creek Christian Academy. If you have primary insurance, the school insurance becomes your secondary insurance. If you do not have insurance, the school insurance becomes your primary insurance. The fee is a one-time fee.

• Insurance Fee (per child) : $45.00

Tuition is due on the first day of each month. If payment is received on the first day of the month, there will be a $25.00 discount - the discounted amount is shown below. Payment received after the 1st of the month will be at the normal rate (not the discounted rate), and must include $10.00 per day thereafter until payment is received. Returned checks will be charged a $28.50 return fee. Ask about our discounted price for payment in full! Please make all checks payable to: CASTLE CREEK CHRISTIAN ACADEMY.

• 1st Child : $295.00 per month for 11 months, if paid by the first $270.00
• 2nd Child : $285.00 per month for 11 months, if paid by the first $260.00
• 3rd Child : $275.00 per month for 11 months, if paid by the first $250.00

Each student will complete a total of 60 PACEs (Packet of Accelerated Christian Education) in Math, English, Social Studies, Science, and Word Building, throughout the school year. PACEs ordered are non-refundable and are the property of Castle Creek Christian Academy. PACEs ordered after June 17, 2002 are charged an additional $25.00 rush fee.

PACEs : $360.00 paid in full (Core Curriculum - 60 PACEs).
     : $ 43.50 paid in 10 payments beginning August 1, 2002.

School hours are 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon Monday through Friday. An Extended Care Program is offered from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for an additional charge of $20.00 per week. No extended care on Wednesday. Children involved in the Extended Care Program will need to bring a sack lunch.

Students who are not involved in the Extended Care Program are to be picked up no later than 12:15 p.m. Students who are involved in the Extended Care Program are to be picked up no later than 3:15 p.m. There is a Ten Dollar ($10.00) charge for every 15 minutes, or any portion of a 15 minute increment after the stated times above.

If a student is not enrolled in the Extended Care Program and is not picked up by 12:15 p.m., they will be placed in the Extended Care Program until they are picked up, at a charge of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for every 15 minutes, or any portion of a 15 minute increment.

Materials for all classroom crafts and activities are $5.00 per month, per child.

Application for Admission

• Parent(s) must be in agreement with the Statements of Faith.
• Completion of Enrollment Agreement.
• Submit payment of Enrollment Fee and Testing Fee with Enrollment Agreement.
• Health forms (immunization record), and copy of child(ren)'s birth certificate(s).
• Parent(s) must be member(s) of and active in attendance in a church that bases its teachings on the Bible.
• The Pastoral Recommendation must be submitted to your pastor and returned.
• Diagnostic testing will be required for all students, and must be completed prior to an admissions decision.

• Upon receipt of the items above, an interview will be scheduled with the parent(s) and child(ren).
• Student Handbook must have been read by the parent(s) and the Admission Agreement signed and returned.
• Admission decision is made by the Administration.
• At acceptance, parent(s) will be given an Enrollment Packet of school forms which are to be completed and returned to the school within three (3) days.
