
THIS STATEMENT OF FAITH HAS BEEN RATIFIED BY MORE THAN 80 DENOMINATIONS IN THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EVANGELICAL CHURCHES.
A student may be admitted to these grades by promotion from within Castle Creek Christian Academy, or by transfer from another school, providing that all admission requirements have been met.
GRADES 9 THROUGH 12A student may be admitted to these grades by promotion from within Castle Creek Christian Academy. The only new students who may be enrolled must transfer from another school using the School of Tomorrow curriculum and must be on grade level.
Fees for the 2002-2003 school year are as follows:
The Enrollment Fee and the Testing Fee are required for each student submitting an application for admission into Castle Creek Christian Academy. These fees are non-refundable.
An up-to-date Immunization Health Certification must be submitted before the Application can be processed. The certificate must have your doctor's signature and an expiration date.
All students are required to carry insurance through Castle Creek Christian Academy. If you have primary insurance, the school insurance becomes your secondary insurance. If you do not have insurance, the school insurance becomes your primary insurance. The fee is a one-time fee.
Detentions are served on Mondays beginning at 3:15 p.m., at the rate of Ten Dollars ($10.00) every 15 minutes served.
Tuition is due on the first day of each month. If payment is received on the first day of the month, there will be a $25.00 discount - the discounted amount is shown below. Payment received after the 1st of the month will be at the normal rate (not the discounted rate), and must include $10.00 per day thereafter until payment is received. Returned checks will be charged a $28.50 return fee. Ask about our discounted price for payment in full! Please make all checks payable to: CASTLE CREEK CHRISTIAN ACADEMY. Included in the tuition fee are Music and Art Classes (art supplies are not included).
After the first (1st) of each month, a Ten Dollar ($10.00) late fee will be added per day until payment is made. Accounts must be cleared before records will be forwarded to another school. No awards will be given to children, at the Awards Banquet, if bills are not paid in full. Returned checks will be charged a $28.50 return fee.
Each student will complete a total of 60 PACEs (Packet of Accelerated Christian Education) in Math, English, Social Studies, Science, and Word Building, throughout the school year. PACEs ordered are non-refundable and are the property of Castle Creek Christian Academy. PACEs ordered after June 17, 2002 are charged an additional $25.00 rush fee.
The P.E. fee is $10.00 per child, per month.
School hours are 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. School hours on Wednesday are 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Students must arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. each morning.
Students are to be picked up no later than 3:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and no later than 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday. If a student is still on the school grounds after 3:15 p.m. and 1:15 p.m., respectively, there is a Ten Dollar ($10.00) charge for every 15 minutes, or any portion of a 15 minute increment after the stated times above.
Included in the tuition fee are Drama and Art Classes (art supplies are not included). If a student wishes to take additional electives, ask us about our electives programs and their costs.
