
THIS STATEMENT OF FAITH HAS BEEN RATIFIED BY MORE THAN 80 DENOMINATIONS IN THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EVANGELICAL CHURCHES.
A child entering the ABC's with Ace and Christi Kindergarten Program must be 5 years of age by September 1st. The child must also pass the Reading Readiness Test with a score of 80% or higher.

The Enrollment Fee and the Testing Fee are required for each student submitting an application for admission into Castle Creek Christian Academy's ABC's with ACE and Christi Kindergarten Program. These fees are non-refundable.
An up-to-date Immunization Health Certification must be submitted before the Application can be processed. The certificate must have your pediatrician's signature and an expiration date. The certificates are available at your pediatrician's office or the Health Department.
All students are required to carry insurance through Castle Creek Christian Academy. If you have primary insurance, the school insurance becomes your secondary insurance. If you do not have insurance, the school insurance becomes your primary insurance. The fee is a one-time fee.
Tuition is due on the first day of each month. If payment is received on the first day of the month, there will be a $25.00 discount - the discounted amount is shown below. Payment received after the 1st of the month will be at the normal rate (not the discounted rate), and must include $10.00 per day thereafter until payment is received. Returned checks will be charged a $28.50 return fee. Ask about our discounted price for payment in full! Please make all checks payable to: CASTLE CREEK CHRISTIAN ACADEMY.
Each student will complete a total of 39 PACEs (Packet of Accelerated Christian Education) in Bible Reading, Math, Word Building, and Animal Science throughout the school year. PACEs ordered are non-refundable and are the property of Castle Creek Christian Academy. PACEs ordered after June 17, 2002 are charged an additional $25.00 rush fee.
School hours are 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon Monday through Friday. An Extended Care Program is offered from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for an additional charge of $20.00 per week. No extended care on Wednesday. Children involved in the Extended Care Program will need to bring a sack lunch.
Students who are not involved in the Extended Care Program are to be picked up no later than 12:15 p.m. Students who are involved in the Extended Care Program are to be picked up no later than 3:15 p.m. There is a Ten Dollar ($10.00) charge for every 15 minutes, or any portion of a 15 minute increment after the stated times above.
If a student is not enrolled in the Extended Care Program and is not picked up by 12:15 p.m., they will be placed in the Extended Care Program until they are picked up, at a charge of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for every 15 minutes, or any portion of a 15 minute increment.
Materials for all classroom crafts and activities are $5.00 per month, per child.
