On site
I charge $55 an hour when on site from the time I arrive until the time I am done and leave.
I have a Linux Guru that I use; he charges $60 an hr when we use him. (I will not use him without talking to you first and okaying his charges.)

Driving time
Driving time is currently .29* cents per a mile round trip. (It is much cheaper for my customers than charging $55 per an hr driving).
(*This amount is based on current gas prices and therefore is subject to change)

Remote Work
When remoting in, I charge .92 cents per minute with a $5.00 minimum for the initial connect for that session. My software will email you a bill for the
services rendered at the end of the session (if you give me an email to have them all go to, I will be glad to make sure they all go to the same email address). My remote program removes itself from the computer to which I'm connected after we finish. http://911superiorsupport.com

Support phone calls
Real short support phone calls I normally don't charge (2 minutes or less, there are some exceptions where I don't charge for longer calls). When I do charge, it is .92 cents a minute with a $5.00 minimum. (I normally do not charge for non-support calls)

$5.00 minimum means that if we are helping you and it takes 4 minutes and I am charging you, it will cost 5 dollars. If it takes 15 minutes then it will be 15 times .92 for a total of $13.80.

Payment due
All charges are due when the work is done, unless we agree otherwise before beginning work.

Most of my regular customers that use my remote services pre-pay and I have a site where they can log in and see the credits and a brief description of the work that was done. When the time gets down to a few hours, I notify them and they purchase more time. This saves them from having to write a bunch of little checks. (You can call or send an email requesting the remote support.)

I am 24 hrs on call.
If you need me to come on site I normally have to schedule it. If it is a dire emergency, I normally can call customers and reschedule appointments to get over there and take care of the on site emergency that day. I carry with me my laptop and a mifi Verizon internet device. This allows me to remote in once I am free to do so.

If you call my Google voice number 256-455-0777 it will ring all my telephones at once, making it easy to find me. Otherwise, my cell is 256-520-7327, my home phone is 256-575-0041. The email I share with my wife is rdcss@rdcss.com and my cell receives email and text messages.
